Welcome to FENIX SPORTIER, where luxury and style meet
performance and function in sport, whether you’re a player or fan.

Our brand was born on the tennis court in 2017, and
today – while we design luxe athletic bags across a variety of sports – tennis and
pickleball remain the love:love heart and soul of our collection.

FENIX SPORTIER bags are designed with absolute
attention to detail, combining the best materials, timeless style, and
practical features. Our commitment to luxury design is evident in every small
detail, ensuring that our bags look stunning and stand the test of time.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION:

FENIX SPORTIER luxury bags are handcrafted from the
finest, highest quality Italian leathers, which are custom-perforated with our
signature pattern. These soft leathers are double drum-dyed, ensuring the best
wear and durability, as well as beautiful color and feel.

Our bags feature the very finest zippers in the world –
all imported from Italy – giving our luxury tennis and luxury pickleball accessories
sophistication and refinement. All of our hardware is custom designed in France
and made from the finest metal and shiniest finishes – as well as proprietary brand
molds and logos– further adding luxe detail and quality to your bag.

Lastly, bags are handcrafted by one of the finest
studios in the U.S., where a seasoned artisan (who was trained in a Louis
Vuitton factory) handpaints, handsews and finishes bags with European standards
of luxury and quality.

FUNCTIONAL FASHION:

You should know that the entire collection is thoughtfully
designed and thoroughly wear-tested by our Founder/Designer Lauren, who is a
life-long athlete and tennis player herself, as well as former executive of a
luxury brand (so she knows design and quality).
FENIX sport bags are designed to accommodate all the essentials and
organize rackets, balls, towels, and accessories with multiple compartments and
pockets – including perfectly sized and placed interior pockets for sunglasses,
phones, key fobs, etc.

Many of the styles are designed as a system and
compliment to one another – as examples, the 24/7 gear bag which fits perfectly
inside all tote bags within the collection, the Ball Boy which clips onto any
bag side, and interchangeable shoulder straps throughout the line.

signature leather tennis bags to include luxe leather pickleball covers. Today
it includes a range of exquisite leather accessories that both players and fans
love.

Made from the finest leather – yet lined with performance sport material – this

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges up to 10 days upon delivery of product, provided the product has all tags on and shows no signs of wear or use.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs all ways.

All exchanges must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Sale items and customized items are final sale.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

If items are in stock, they are usually shipped within 1-3 days and sent via UPS from California. Most orders received usually take approximately 3-7 days to deliver, following your order confirmation.

Custom orders will take longer, depending on the service (full custom orders approx. 6-8 additional weeks; personalization and/or monogramming approx. 1-2 additional weeks).

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Established in 2018, Fenix Sportier is dedicated to design innovation and quality construction, utilizing the finest leathers, hardware and zippers sourced from Europe.

Any leather item may include a slight scratch, color "variation" and/or other minor "beauty mark" that occurs with hand-finished and hand-sewn leather goods. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

CARE & CLEANING

Leather - White & Lighter Colors: You may safely clean stains and dirt from white and light-colored leathers with a Magic Eraser (melamine) sheet/sponge.

The Visor: The interior of your visor is made of a dri-fit, washable material. We recommend you gently hand-clean the interior and elastic band of your visor with a lightly-soaped, wet washcloth and then hang dry. The exterior can be cleaned with a melamine sponge.

Cleaning - Clear Bags: You can safely clean the PVC of these styles with Windex and a paper towel.
